Afterschool Tutoring (November/December)

After School Tutoring Session 1 is from 2:45 - 3:45 PM

Students will be dismissed to Hawk's Nest at 2:30pm. Students will have snacks in the cafeteria (please ensure to pack your child a snack). At 2:45pm, tutors will pick up students from the cafeteria and escort them to the library for the tutoring session.

Tutoring dismissal will begin at 3:45pm. Students will be brought down to the 95th Street entrance. Parents must provide their Jumbula Check-Out Code for pick-up. If your child is self-dismissed, they must have their own check-out code to check themselves out.

All students from Session 1 tutoring must be picked up by 3:45pm. A late pick-up fee will be applied to pick-ups after 4:00pm unless enrolled in additional aftercare. Parents can include Hawk's Nest aftercare (3:45pm - 5:30pm) in their registration at checkout.

After School Tutoring Session 2 is from 4:00 - 5:00 PM

After enrichment class, students will be picked up by their tutors at 4:00pm and escorted to the library for tutoring sessions.

Tutoring dismissal will begin at 5:00pm. At 5:00pm, any remaining students will be brought down to the 95th Street entrance for free play/dismissal. Parents must provide their Jumbula Check-Out Code for pick-up. If your child is self-dismissed, they must have their own check-out code to check themselves out.

All students must be picked up by 5:30pm. A late pick-up fee will be applied to pick-ups after 5:30pm.
