Class Description:
Dance Jam is a high-energy class where students can express themselves through movement and rhythm. This class covers a variety of dance styles, including contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop, and focuses on both individual expression and group choreography. Students will have the opportunity to create their dance routines, encouraging creativity and personal style. Each session is a dance party that ends with a mini-performance, where students can showcase their skills.

Dance Jam promotes physical fitness, coordination, and rhythm, while also boosting self-esteem and social skills.
