A family account is required in order to register your child into Hawk's Nest. It is highly recommended to create this account BEFORE registration opens, if you don't already have one.

Only one account is needed per family.

To begin click on the "Login / Sign up" link on the top right had corner of the web page.

You'll be directed to a login screen. Click on the "New Family" tab.

Enter an email address that will represent the username of the family account and confirm it on the second field. On the third field, enter a new password for the account.

Make sure you use a password that both parents can use if more than one parent may register for Hawk's Nest.

Click SIGN UP after entering your password.

Once you create the account, you will be directed to your Orders page.  There should be no orders to display since this account is new.

To add your family information, click on Home on the main menu.

On this page you will be able to add Child/Participant and Parent information, as well as Authorized Pickups and Emergency Contact information.

Click on the  sign on Child/Participants box to add a child currently in Hunter College Elementary School.

Please enter the following information about your child:

• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Photography/video release permission

Grade field: Grade is not needed on the the student profile and is only needed during class registrations.
Email field: Leave this field black since elementary student's are not provided an email. Parents are contacted directly.

Once entered, click on Submit.

To add another child just click on the  sign again.

Click on the  sign on the Parents/Guardians box to add a parent.

Please enter the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Primary phone
• Alternate phone (Optional)
• Relationship
• Email

Date of Birth is not needed on this form, leave this blank.

Once entered, click on Submit.

To add another parent/guardian just click on the  sign again.

Click on the  sign on the Authorized Pickup box to add an authorized pickup person, that is not a listed parent.

Please enter the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Primary Phone (Optional)
• Email (Optional)
• Relationship

You may also fill out any additional information that is applicable.

Note: The check box, "This person is also an emergency contact" does not add them automatically to the emergency contact list but will be flagged as such.

Once entered, click on Submit.

To add another authorized pickup person just click on the  sign again.

Click on the  sign on the Emergency Contacts box to add an emergency contact person, that is not a listed parent.

Please enter the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Primary Phone (Optional)
• Email (Optional)
• Relationship

You may also fill out any additional information that is applicable.

Once entered, click on Submit.

To add another emergency contact just click on the  sign again.
